We were very pleased with our experience with Performance. The estimate was conducted professionally and was very competitive. The installers were able to get the job done the next week and did so in a timely manner. I would definitley recommend Performance to anyone looking for a new furnace &/or AC. Great job and Timely!

We have been working with Performance Heating and Air since their start up. Hospitals require services that include quality, professionalism, flexibility, excellent customer service and an ability to work in a challenging environment. Jeremy, Monte and his crew excel at all of these attributes. Subsequently we are now using Performance Heating and Air for all of our HVAC services, whether they be new construction, repairs or maintenance of existing equipment.

Joe and I wanted to express out thanks to your installers for the outstanding job they did on our new a/c. We were quite impressed with their dedication to their work especially in the terrible heat. As the temps plunged in January our furnace decided to quit. One call to Lindsay and she had Mike Baldwin out within and hour. He temporarily fixed it until parts arrived. Second visit he was in and out in less than an hour after installing new parts. Very professional and gifted technician. Thank you Performance!

Im completely happy with the insert that the crew installed at my house. It was less than a week from ordering to installation, and when there was a glitch in the order, Monte sent flowers to apologize for the confusion! Where else could you receive customer service like that? The crew that did the installation was professional and very responsive. Thank you!!

We are so happy with the work they did for us! They put in mini-splits, upgrading our outdated heating system and we are super happy. They were much much cheaper than other quotes, met their quote and we didn't feel like quality suffered. They worked on our dryer vents and helped us put in a safe ventilation system. We knew it was a problem, but we didn't realize how close to a fire we were! We will use them for any future heating and cooling needs. Also, they are very nice, cool with dogs and super timely!!

performance is so professional and eager to help with your problem.So happy with Norman that was able to repair a very old heater with a smile. I know it was a difficult situation but he did complete repair.If you need HVAC service do yourself a favor call Performance for a honest service.

Recently, on a Sunday night, one of the coldest days in years, our furnace stopped working after a power outage. I called Performance Heating & Air. I didn't expect a call until the next day. I was stunned to get a call back Sunday night from performance air making sure we were ok, and had enough heat. They came out promptly the next day, & quickly fixed the issue!!

These guys are amazing My furnace went out and I had a brand-new furnace installed and They got it installed two days sooner than anticipated and the install went so smooth and quick very professional and I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!
