Our furnace was struggling to keep our temp above 60 and we contacted Bud's that afternoon via the new assistant (worked very well!). The assistant gave us an appointment time for the next day. Andy called the next morning before our scheduled appointment time and came right over. He had an idea already of what the problem was, based on the questions asked during the first call, I presume, and had us up and running in no time! It was SO wonderful waking up to a warm house this morning. Thanks, Andy!

We have been working with Performance Heating and Air since their start up. Hospitals require services that include quality, professionalism, flexibility, excellent customer service and an ability to work in a challenging environment. Jeremy, Monte and his crew excel at all of these attributes. Subsequently we are now using Performance Heating and Air for all of our HVAC services, whether they be new construction, repairs or maintenance of existing equipment.

Joe and I wanted to express out thanks to your installers for the outstanding job they did on our new a/c. We were quite impressed with their dedication to their work especially in the terrible heat. They showed up on time every day, worked hard and efficiently. They even finished a day early! As you promised the system is silent and does a great job providing us comfort. Thank you again! I had another company come out in December who looked at my boiler, said everything was good, left & never returned my calls. After dealing with the cold a little too long, I called Tripplett’s. From my initial call with Alicia to Scott spending hours at our house today- I’m so thankful. He left around 1:30 & my house is already warmer than it has been in two months. Appreciate the professionalism, listening to their customer, & actually taking the time to find the problem.

We had our furnace stop working and they were here within a few hours. They had it up and running within a hour. The people that came were very professional and I felt comfortable having them in my home. The prices were good! I would boggle recommend to anyone.

I messaged them through Thumbtack during very rough and inclement weather in Akron, and the owner and technician showed up at my property within a few hours. My rental property was experiencing heating issues following an HVAC cleaning. They thoroughly checked out the system, identified the problem, and fixed it immediately. He was honest, professional, and right on time. Highly recommended!

Martinov is my No. 1 HVAC company. They even have a knowledgeable technician who answers the company line when you call! Their technicians are super smart, friendly, speedy, and thorough. Their communication is far superior to every other company I have used, they communicate via text to let you know when the technical is on their way, when they are there, and when they are finished. For Landlords, this is extremely helpful when we aren't on-site. They explain in detail the problem and solution. My tenants have their units checked out twice a year on a contract with Martinov which includes filter change to keep the units in good shape. They recently installed wet switches to prevent water damage when a drain pipe clogs. I learned this the hard way but Martinov was there to make sure it never happened again! I highly recommend them. We use them for retail shopping centers, residential rental properties, and our personal residence, and recommend them to our friends and family as well!

Furnace trouble early on a Sunday morning. Kenny sent Matt and he came before 8am and stayed until he found and fixed the problem. He will troubleshoot and repair and not give up until everything is right. Rouse customer for 16 years.
